Stand for Something What do you stand for? What are you all about? If the words “honor” & “integrity” mean something to you, and if the improvement of your community is important to you, we may have a place for you. If you want to realize the great feeling of having a positive influence on a kid’s life when their world has been turned up-side down, and you want your life to mean something not only to yourself and family, but to your community as well, we may have a place for you. The Sherman Police Department is currently looking for good people; people from all walks of life, who want to have a positive impact on our community. Sherman is a great place to live. It is a diverse community of caring people. We are inviting those who want to make it an even better place to live to join us in that endeavor. We are not offering any examinations at the present time. Upon scheduling of the next test, we will post. In the meantime, you may complete a notification card at the Human Resources Department.
